In August 2020, Synergy engaged in a three-year partnership with STAY Camden involving 20 units of serviced accommodation in Camden Town. In the next five years, we plan to continue this rapid pace of development through further creative partnerships with like-minded accommodation providers which will enable us to open further optimal locations in other key European gateway cities.” This has allowed us to expand our UK and Ireland footprint and is a new model for industry cooperation. Stephen Hanton, president, international, of Synergy Global Housing, said: “Over the last six months, we have leveraged our robust commercial position to develop innovative partnerships with property owners and accommodation providers. The opening of the Lovat Lane property adds to Synergy’s portfolio of properties in the UK and Ireland, which includes serviced apartments in London’s Camden district, and two locations in Dublin.

The accommodation comprises a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, which are available for short-term lets and have been recently refurbished. It is opening in partnership with City Apartments Ltd, through a 10 year agreement with Synergy which enables the partners to share the building and operating costs equally. The new property, on Lovat Lane near London Bridge and Bank, has 41 units and will open to Synergy’s guests this month.
